Improve Your Game

Do you ever come home after a good game of ball or tennis or football and realize that you are going to be sore the next day even after stretching? If so, you aren't alone. Many people workout and train for specific sports, but the regular weekend warrior has nothing wherewith to train, except something they may have seen his buddies do. Take a look atthis video and maybe you will get a better idea of some core strengthening excesises you might not know.

Along with these workouts stretching is also important. I'm constantly amazed at how many people don't stretch. My husband for instance hurt his shoulder playing football in highschool and until a couple of months ago he couldn't lift his arm any higher than his head. He's been going to a chiropracter and doing stretches like 4 or 5 times a day. It's made a huge difference.
